## What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device to remember things between visits — like keeping you signed in or remembering a choice you've made. Some cookies are needed for a site to work at all; others are optional and only used with your permission.

## Who sets cookies on this site

This website is operated by Smart Reps ("we", "us"). It runs on the Boost Fitness platform, which sets cookies on our behalf to make the site work and, where you allow it, to support the optional features described below.

## Cookie categories

**Essential **Always active

Required for the site to work — signing in, security, remembering your cookie choices, and the product diagnostics that keep a signed-in account working and let us support it. These cannot be switched off.

**Analytics **

Help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. This choice covers your visit while you are signed out; once you sign in, the essential diagnostics above run either way and are tied to your account.

**Marketing **

Used by advertising partners (such as Meta) to measure campaigns and show more relevant ads on other sites.

While you are signed out and have not allowed analytics cookies, page views on this site are measured cookielessly: no cookies or browser storage are used and nothing identifies you. Allowing analytics cookies switches on the two PostHog entries in the table above, so your browser is remembered between visits.

### Signed-in members

Once a member signs in to the client area, the Boost Fitness platform runs product diagnostics as an essential part of the service, whatever the analytics choice above says. They record the pages and actions in the session, any errors the account hits, and a replay of the session, linked to the member's account so faults can be diagnosed and supported. That is why the two PostHog entries in the table are listed as essential: signing in sets them whatever cookie choice was made. They are used by Boost Fitness to run and support the platform, not by Smart Reps for marketing, and a member can ask for them to be deleted using the contact details below.

### Marketing cookies

This site does not currently use any marketing or advertising cookies. If that ever changes, they will be listed here, and they will only load after you allow marketing cookies through your preferences.

## Managing your preferences

You can change your cookie choices for this site at any time. Essential cookies stay on because the site can't work without them; everything else is up to you. We'll ask again every 6 months to keep your choice current.

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
